Specimen pickups are handled with discretion, urgency, and professional care. Current owner/operator certifications include HIPAA Awareness for Medical Couriers and Bloodborne Pathogens / Exposure Control for medical courier work.

Some deliveries cannot wait until morning. JAK Express maintains 24-hour emergency dispatch for businesses and individuals who need a driver now - not tomorrow, not during standard business hours. Availability is limited weekdays 6-10 PM and Sundays after 9 AM, but urgent calls should still start by phone.
