The operating standard was built on years of contractor experience in demanding courier work: emergency dispatch, late-night runs, hospital route support, lab work, medical specimens, and recurring contract routes. That experience - along with HIPAA Awareness and Bloodborne Pathogens / Exposure Control certifications - shapes how every delivery is handled, not just the medical ones.
