The pricing is kept plain: route/travel from the Federal Way base to the appointment address, plus $15 per notarial act. Dispatch reviews timing, signer readiness, access, and document details before accepting the appointment.

Washington allows a maximum fee of $15 for many in-person notarial acts. Travel fees may be charged separately when agreed in advance, so JAK Express itemizes travel and notarial acts separately. See WAC 308-30-220.

Is this a courier quote or a notary quote?

It is a separate calculator mode. A notary quote uses one appointment address instead of pickup plus dropoff, then adds $15 per notarial act.

Can you notarize any document?

Not always. The document, signer readiness, identification, witnesses, and notarial act requested must fit the appointment. Dispatch reviews details before accepting service.

Do you provide witnesses?

Witness needs should be listed in the appointment notes. If witnesses are required, they need to be confirmed before the appointment is accepted.

Do you offer remote online notarization?

No. This page is for mobile, in-person notary appointments only.
