How fast can you dispatch?
For accepted emergency jobs, driver dispatch is usually within 20 minutes and guaranteed within 40 minutes of acceptance. Email is best for scheduled quotes, recurring routes, and non-urgent questions.
What sizes of cargo do you handle?
Envelopes, small packages, medical coolers, documents, supplies, and cargo that can safely fit in an SUV. Large cargo that cannot fit in an SUV is not advertised for the current service model.
Do you provide proof of delivery?
Photo proof of delivery is available by email or text. Signature confirmation can be provided when requested.
Can you handle regular recurring deliveries?
Yes. Scheduled and recurring routes are available by request. Email the route details and timing needs so we can confirm fit and pricing.
Do you deliver outside Greater Seattle?
Yes. JAK Express is a Washington State courier based in Greater Seattle. Common lanes include the I-5 corridor, but statewide Washington routes are considered by timing, cargo, distance, and capacity. Any route may be declined if it is not a fit.
Are you available after hours?
Emergency calls are accepted 24 hours, with limited availability weekdays from 6 PM to 10 PM and Sundays after 9 AM. If dispatch is unavailable for a moment or already coordinating a run, missed calls are returned as soon as possible.
